- View development assistance coming to Sri Lanka
(other than Official Development Assistance)
by Sector, Location and Implementing Partner
- Create analytical Maps, Charts, and Reports
- View results of Aid (Outputs and its state of progress)

Conversion of DAD to e-DIMS
The Development Aid Database (DAD) programme which captured information in relation to aid received in furtherance of the post tsunami rehabilitation efforts, was taken over by this Ministry and is now being amended to capture all development aid received through non-budgetary sources, i.e. aid which is not channeled through the Government budget. The amended software programme has been re-named the electronic Development Information Management System (e-DIMS), and is being managed by this Ministry.
Project data that was entered into the DAD system will be dealt with as follows:
a) If the project activities are ongoing, it will continue to be monitored through e-DIMS;
b) If project activities have been completed, the data will be archived.
e-DIMS, will accordingly capture all development activity information of National and International Non-Government Organizations which are being implemented with foreign funding. Accordingly, all NGO’s and INGO’s will be required to enter data in relation to all development projects that are being implemented with foreign funding. | |
